Low Impact Development
Low Impact Development is a progressive approach to storm water management that utilizes rainfall as a resource to benefit and enhance the natural environment of your property and its surroundings. We have embraced LID at GDC, and we are able to design green roofs, rain gardens, absorbent landscapes, bio-swales, permeable pavements, and other innovative designs which encourage on-site retention and absorption.
Subdivision Design
We are able to provide comprehensive deigns for all types of subdivision – small and large, public and private sector. We provide 3D surface modelling, detailed site grading and earth balance calculations, storm water management, sewer system design, report preparation, water distribution system designs, and much more.
Sedimentation and Erosion Control
Side grading, dewatering, and the disturbance of exposed subsoils by wind and construction equipment are all significant potential issues for your project because they can result in sediments blocking storm sewers and water channels.
We are certified experts in preparing erosion and sediment control reports, recommending potential mitigation methods, and providing construction monitoring to ensure that these methods are properly implemented.
